Aleksandr is a Vice President in the Primary Fund Investments team, where he is responsible for sourcing, evaluating and executing fund opportunities in Europe. Prior to joining AlpInvest Partners, Aleksandr spent six years at Shell Asset Management Company focusing on Private Equity fund commitments. He started his career at an investment bank in Russia. Aleksandr received a BSc in Economics from the Novosibirsk State University and a MSc in International Finance from the University of Amsterdam.

Aleksandr Nekrasov

David Pareja
David Pareja is a Vice President focused on Secondary and Portfolio Finance opportunities. He is based in New York.
Prior to joining AlpInvest, David worked at Macquarie Group, where he invested Macquarie Group's balance sheet in infrastructure assets across the Americas. Prior to completing his MBA, David was an Associate at Palladium Equity Partners focused on middle-market private equity investments. David began his career as an investment banking Analyst at Citigroup.
David received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, an M.P.P. from Harvard Kennedy School, and a B.A. from Yale University.

Michael Zornitta
Michael Zornitta is a Vice President in AlpInvest's Secondary and Portfolio Finance team focused on Portfolio Finance transactions. He is based in London.
Prior to joining AlpInvest, Michael was an Associate Director in Investec Bank's Fund Solutions team where he focused on providing NAV-based, subscription-based and GP financing solutions to private equity funds in Europe and the UK.
Michael received his master’s degree in Finance from London Business School. He also received a B.S. in Finance and Accounting with honors from the University of Cape Town.

Marianne Parker
Marianne Parker is a Vice President in AlpInvest’s Secondary and Portfolio Finance team focused on European transactions. She is based in London
Prior to joining AlpInvest, Marianne was a member of CPP Investments’ secondaries team, where she focused on secondaries in Europe and North America. Prior to that, she worked in the investment banking division at RBC Capital Markets in London.
Marianne received a first class masters degree (MPhys) in Theoretical Physics from the University of St. Andrews.

Elizabeth Pelgrift
Liz is a Compliance Officer based in the New York office. She joined AlpInvest in 2014 from Mason Capital Management, an event-driven hedge fund. Liz received a BA in Political Science from the George Washington University and an MBA from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College.

Richard Reynolds
Richard is a Vice President in the Co-Investment team, focusing on U.S. transactions and supporting the Indiana programs. He joined AlpInvest Partners in 2016 from Anthem, where he was a Director of Corporate Development. Previously he worked at Lake Capital and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Richard earned a BA in Economics from DePauw University.

Wouter van de Poel
Wouter is a Vice President in the Investment Accounting team and responsible for managing and reporting investment related information. He joined AlpInvest Partners in 2011 from RBS where he worked as Senior Board Reporting Analyst. Previously he worked for Schroder Property Investment Management and Fortis Bank. Wouter received an MA in Business Administration from the University of Amsterdam.

Sarah Fitzgerald
Sarah Fitzgerald is a Vice President leading the Valuation team at AlpInvest, where she is responsible for overseeing the ongoing valuation of investments across all strategies within the portfolio. She is based in Amsterdam.
She has been with the firm since 2015, when she started as an Analyst in the Portfolio & Risk Analysis team. In this role, she was primarily responsible for investor servicing and reporting. Prior to joining AlpInvest, Sarah worked at KPMG New Zealand in their assurance practice.
Sarah received her Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Auckland is a Chartered Accountant (CAANZ).

Alex Lim
Alex Lim is a Vice President in the Secondary & Portfolio Finance Team based in Singapore. Prior to joining AlpInvest, Alex was an Associate at Apollo Global Management, where he invested across the capital structure with a focus on real estate. Previously, he was an Investment Professional at Gaw Capital Partners, where he executed real estate private equity transactions across Asia Pacific. Alex started his career at the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs in Hong Kong, where he focused on Mergers and Acquisitions.
Alex received a B.S. in Economics (First Class Honors) from The London School of Economics & Political Science.

Ashwin Kroon
Ashwin Kroon is a Vice President in the Secondaries Team based in Amsterdam where he is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and executing transactions in Europe. Prior to joining AlpInvest in 2016, Ashwin was with Société Générale in the Corporate and Investment Banking Division. Ashwin received an MEng in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London.

Linda Zhu
Linda is a Vice President in the Co-Investment team and focuses on equity transactions in Asia. She is based in Hong Kong and joined AlpInvest in 2015. Previously, Linda worked at Silver Lake in Hong Kong and McKinsey in Shanghai. Linda received her BSc in Economics and BA in English Literature from Beijing Foreign Studies University.

Neel Gangani
Neel Gangani is a Vice President in the Investor Relations team within AlpInvest, focusing on clients and prospects in EMEA. He is based in London and joined AlpInvest in 2022.
Prior to AlpInvest, Neel was a Senior Investor Relations Manager at Hermes GPE, managing client relationships across their Private Equity business. Prior to that, Neel worked at Keyhaven capital, a European small-cap Private Equity firm, where he managed existing client relationships and engaged in new fundraising initiatives. Neel has also worked at The Blackstone Group, where he covered Hedge Fund Solutions, and Deutsche Bank AG, covering Alternatives and Corporate Finance.
Neel holds a MPhil in Management from the University of Cambridge and a BA in Economics.
